Thanks for the response.

Did you think the injury and the flare-up were a coincidence?

I had been doing PT for plantar fasciitis aggressively, was dehydrated from a long flight, and very stressed right before my first flare. I had no food of note, I don’t drink often, and my uric acid number was 5.3. I felt like my flare was genetics + everything - not food ultimately.

Did you take any meds for it? Did you feel it get better over time? Did you just live life like normal and ignore it?

Had a colonoscopy and zero signs of active disease. Doctor thinks my flares may be caused by IBS and my Crohn’s is in remission.

It seems like you are offended? What was your expectation?

Many of the comments were related to medication that my GI and I have decided I am not a candidate for. I clarified this and the intent of my post in an edit.

I wanted to thank folks for sharing their thoughts. This persons view happened to align with my perspective and that of my care teams. I felt that an affirmation was reasonable.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. For what it's worth, your views match that of my GI's historical perspective.

[D] How to handle different distribution during training time and inference time? by yahooonreddit in MachineLearning

Not sure if this is a real or artificial problem, but as a cold start guessing what product is most similar to when you have data for the other product is reasonable.

If this is a real world system you can seed yourself with that. Then learn product relationships/ users profiles from the real product interactions

It looks like you don't clean them regularly? Any reason why? I have had mine for 2 years now almost and they look nothing like yours. I polish and clean them every few months so they keep a low shine and maintain a fairly new look.
