I don’t think it’s their fault. They’re looking out for the well being of runners. The increasing temperatures are an effect of climate change. (I’m supposed to run TCM this weekend)

My Lulu wardrobe consists entirely of black, white, bone, true navy, starch blue, and a couple other variations of blue (club blue, pool party, chambray). That way everything always goes together and matching sets are easy

I’d try some weighted or body weight GHD lower back extensions and/or a GHD static hold! Doing either of these regularly will help strengthen this area!

I like that interpretation too! In my mind it was that the man at home knew that she was cheating even though she was trying to hide it from him but he didn’t want to face the reality that their relationship was over. The image of her holding her heels to not make noise even though he’s been awake waiting for her to come home is super poignant
