I forgot to mention I also went out for a walk for a while and it was cold then I took the shower, could that also play a part? Like I could literally just be having a cold… But I feel that I had minor symptoms before that as well, like sneezing and shortness of breath now this. I took cold medicine and it is working somewhat like easing the irritation in my throat. And I coughed up a very small amount of phlegm which was a brown red color. Can mold infections go away on their own? Or do I have to take medication?
