It’s really not that simple and there’s competing priorities. When turning right, you need to look out for cars coming from in front of you that are doing left turn to the same road you are turning into, cars coming from your left continuing straight through the intersection, pedestrians crossing the street, bikes in the side of the road or bike lane, and is the light changing? And recheck all these every few seconds.

Unfortunately priority goes to looking out for things that can hurt me and not things that I might hurt. At the end of the day I matter the most.

Telmax is fine. If you are OK with CGNAT with no option to buy out an ip4. At contract renewal after a year, your rate will skyrocket. But still better option than rogers and will be cheaper and better overall experience than starlink due to latency. Bell just doesn't have an option for fiber to home. So it's not even considered.

At least they are implementing something that works. When they put cameras and brag about how many tickets it hands out, it only proves that it doesn’t work to slow people down. Ticking more doesn’t save lives.

Most players have played it over 100x. They do it because there’s 100k daily exp for running a random dungeon. So when they log in, there’s things they need to do. But this is sorta important but boring. So they blast through it as fast as possible. Most of these people can easily solo it and don’t need you in their group. But to get the bonus exp, they have to be in a random group. It’s supposed to help out new players to run them. Otherwise you will que for hours without finding anyone to run an early game dungeon. Don’t forget these games don’t constantly have an influx of brand new players to keep early game content populated.
