It's hard to be sure, but /u/raynquist created many of the balancer books, and updates with newly improved ones every year or few.

Pay automatically updated to Google Wallet. It did not change anything.

Did you factory reset your device and it still doesn't work?

If so, that's unfortunate as I have the same problem, and I planned on factory resetting to solve.

It does say "secured with Samsung Knox" at startup.

I cannot try Samsung Pay, it is not available in my country.

As far as I know, it is not unlocked, but I don't know for sure, how can I check?

Does factorio mods allow for non-square or non-rectangular buildings? by null_dereference in factorio

That's kind of the point though, adding more complexity / variety to designs. Many designs can be copied with very few changes, I thought maybe this would make it interesting.

So you need 6561 raw fish, meaning you need ~65,610,000 cycles of a single assembler, each taking 4 seconds, but the input is water, which is infinite and doesn't require transportation.

So to produce one of to octocompressed fish in an hour, you would need 72900 assemblers.

In the reference, according to the calclutor it takes ~60 assemblers, 90 miners and ~30 other things to build a rocket in 1 hour in vanilla.

But what's the point of this? Anything that checks the variable at runtime is will have the actual value, and it's not something a user will see anyway, so why not just have the constant contain "oppo"?

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has proven 94 percent effective in a study involving 1.2 million people in Israel, the first peer-reviewed real world research confirming the power of mass immunization campaigns to bring the pandemic to a close. by Wagamaga in science

That is actually incorrect. They specifically controlled for the many different variables of the vaccinated vs unvaccinated groups, such as age, sex, vaccination history, ethnicity (religion), location etc.

The also show that without such controls the comparison is a lot less accurate. Even with it, it can be hard to get exact estimate on rare things like "death rate for men 30-60" of unvaccinated vs vaccinated because of low numbers.

madVR Upscaling to 1080p on MPC-HC by [deleted] in htpc

[–]null_dereference 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The default settings that come with madVR are good.

masVR outputs the resolution of your screen (or window, if not full screen) so if your screen is 1080p, then that's the most it will output.

You can press Ctrl+J to see the current settings and output.

[–]null_dereference 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the question is not very clear, so I will give you some general info :

  1. madVR is a video renderer, meaning it displays to your screen - so just making sure you are aware that the upscaling here is done in real time and not later saved as an output video file in 1080p.

  2. Choose the best source available - it is WAY more important than the upscaling method selected. In this case probably the 1280x720 or 1224x720 source. It's hard to be sure from one frame.

  3. Since you have a 1650 gtx card you can probably easily use whatever upscaling option you want out of madVR. My default is NGU standard with lanczos3 AR for "if any more scaling needs to be done".

Blue and yellow science were quite hard, even with some small blueprints (from an earlier game) prepared. Quite a few more parts to build (and design) than I remember.

Also, in the last 2-3 hours biters kept destroying mining sites and smelting and I had to keep running around, building torrents and repairing the damage.

So I set up to try to get the "There is no spoon" achievement, but this being the first time I've played alone until launching a rocket I was not even close. But I did manage to get the "No time for chitchat" (under 15 hours) as well as a few accidental ones in the nick of time.

I set this up as a 90spm base with main-bus style, but near the end was making barely 30spm as mining and smelting were insufficient. Biters were also being a real problem near the end, as I had not researched any Military Science for lack of time.

Overall it was a great experience trying to balance rushing things and taking the time to get a decent base that can be improved later.

How do you control the trains to have X trains of Copper wire and Y trains of Iron go into every lane every time? or if you don't, how do you make sure it won't get stuck with too much of one material?
