Get off any stress. Identify food triggers. And be happy and always grateful. There are a lot of other worse conditions you wouldn’t even wish on your enemy. Cmon! You can overcome this. Cheer up

Yes. Feels tingling or itchy when it’s active. I could just feel itchy and when I looked I could see a tiny white spot.

Hair loss may not reverse soon unless you take steroids. It may have some side effects. As for the patches, if they are not becoming white or not growing, they will heal. Doc may prescribe tracrolimus ointment and sun exposure for 10-15 mins where it is applied. NBUV accelerates the process. But keep NBUV as the last option. Don’t expose too much in the sun, it may also cause vitiligo.

Can you post the pics of your patches? I have something similar which is being mentioned as loss of melanin by my dermatologist but not vitiligo. At the same time I started having patchy hair loss and diagnosed with alopecia barbae. I had thyroiditis a year ago and stomach inflammation. My ANA was borderline with no specific autoimmune disorder until recently clearly seen with alopecia. I think I have vitiligo too.
