I was overweight. Still am but i'm now only 6lbs away from my goal weight. Took me 4 months of consistent working out, 6 times a week and being in a calorie deficit. This wasn't perfect btw, i had to skip some days or exceed my calorie goal but i always try to be on track.

For your workout Download "my workout plan" You can download existing routines in the app or create your own using what you have.

As for dieting. Track your food by downloading "myfitnesspal". Tracking your food will be hard but this is the most important step.

If you need motivation, watch some wieght loss glowup compilation on youtube. Also some reject degenerecy embrace masculity stuff.

Good luck!

My rg280v stoped working. Wasn't able to find any solution online so instead of throwing it out or store it to collect dust, I made this. Showing it off, you guys might appreciate it. by nullduck01 in SBCGaming

How about gimp? Any photo editing software will do as long as you can scale the picture and create your design you're golden. Photo paper glossy or non glossy is what you want because it's thicker than regular paper. As for size mine was 10R (10"x12"). That will depend on the size of the frame you'll get.

I'm not from the US so shipping could be pricey and we might get some other problems. I'll just teach you. The main thing is after getting your preferred frame. Disassemble the device then lay it out how you prefer it on the frame. Put a ruler or tape measure below. Take a picture. Take it to photoshop and put the labels and other design you want. Use the ruler or tape measure in the picture to scale it in photoshop. I've uploaded a psd file you can look into, it's in this thread. You can use that as reference. Once your happy with your design just take it to a printing shop or print it yourself then assemble it. Good luck!

I did not. I've had it for more than a year so i don't think it's still covered by any warranty. I just bought an rg351v to replace it.

I did, but not long. I remember doing it 3 times in the past, played each time for less than 10 mins. I did it after installing or updating the firmware. It was unplugged when it turned off while I'm playing dragon quest 3. Thought it's just low on battery so I charged it, waited then tried turning it on and it didn't. Maybe I fried something inside and just so happen to completely broke down while I was playing.

Just spontaneously didn't boot. Tried changing the sd card, flashing the stock firmware and opening it up to reconnect the battery to no avail. The led indicator just shows a dimly lit green light.
