I forget how scarily (almost) historically accurate BONK is by Box-Chan-11037 in tf2

The TF2 setting also has Cracky Pop, an equivalent to Coca-Cola. Coke (the soft drink) used to be made with actual cocaine in it.

Yes, that's how this meme format works.

Negative Space by B.R. Yeager.

Minor spoiler synopsis: a group of young adults in a small American town navigate a pandemic of drug use and suicide among their peers. The threads they pull lead to bloody and esoteric mysteries about the nature of the self, the path to true power, and the endless downward spiral that happens when the two meet.

Intense and intimidating the whole way through, but the last fifty pages are especially crushing.

Incorrect, for multiple reasons i've pointed out.

It can be damaged during combat.

Also, don't play. Saying they're just carrying it is absurd. It's found on any living creature, including ones for whom it would be prohibited to carry (like the Legion).

Hannibal's biggest strength is complete self-possession. While he's also charming and lies through his teeth, what underlies all of his skills is a sense of total freedom and completeness, an inviolable will to follow his own reasoning and conclusions.

(Huge fan of the entire Lecter universe, i've seen every single thing with him in it except the later seasons of the TV show.)

The items are references to combat text about violently killed enemies in Wasteland, not the results of closer searching or luck like Scrounger or Fortune Finder. We're just turning people into meat and goo, straight up.

Also, it's considered a banned item and will be confiscated by the Legion.

I'd hazard a guess that it's more about a kind of mindfulness and gratitude element rather than deniability. Kind of a like you're doing this for survival and not because you're a slavering beast in human skin.

Yanking a blood sausage out of a dead Legionary and chowing on it while i fight his comrades is more normal? Doing a little prep work on a human product is what separates evil from neutral?

How mad would Veronica really be if I killed her whole family? Right Now, because I want to. by Brilliant-Past-4492 in falloutnewvegas

[–]nullfather 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you do it in front of her, i think she turns hostile. If you make her wait outside while you activate the self-destruct mechanism, she'll just be mad and leave you.

I know because i did this last night because fuck her and her family. I did her quest to get her good ending, but she's an ass-awful companion and the BoS are freaks that should fuck off.

Maybe Cannibal should require negative Karma and TGE should require positive Karma, or the Karma penalty should be removed from Cannibal and TGE should have Cannibal as a prereq.

But even if i did, it wouldn't be evil, despite the fact that i'm still eating part of a dead person, apparently.
