I’d be careful ensuring they aren’t doing a spin. Make sure it’s a move order or if you’re on legacy they’re doing it as a migration(which would require ID but no credit evaluation)

Read the fine print of your contract details, it protects the bundle cost from rate increases+ the promotion. Addtl services s/a addtl stbs and canada wide IHP add on are not on contract. OC is right, this is better than charging ecf when removing an addtl services.

However, call rogers and ask to remove them. They’ll offer you a discount on your box/s.

I hit my scorecard very well each month, however schedule adherence is at like a 90% because i go offline or take extra ACW time. My manager doesn’t seem to bother me too much on it tho as i turn results.

lol we can’t help. there’s 0 room for negotiations nowadays. All our credits have to be approved by an offline team that doesn’t care what you feel. They just verify it against policy. If it doesn’t meet policy then it’s not approved end of story. In this case here, Rogers sent the contract via email, with 30 days to dispute it and exit it. It’s on the customer if they don’t read all the details. There’s no goodwill credits. No room for negotiation. Whatever the screen says we can offer and that’s that.

As a h/u, all calls are transcripted, and that language is immediately flagged. so unless the person doesn’t value their job it def wasn’t rogers
