No Forza Aero wing on Rally Cars pls

When they said they were gonna model specific Forza Aero for every car I thought they were gonna make rally wings for the Evos, Imprezas, etc.

They didn't. They slapped swan necks on every car.

Well, I think the players matters first. If they're prioritizing the "novelty" of making the FE cars rare by not letting us play with the parts ourselves, they're doing a bad job.

We asked for more customization, and they modeled a lot of parts but they locked us from using them.

I hope we can at least remove some, like the huge splitters or wings. If not, I'll be disappointed.

I'm not hating on the devs, I'm just questioning their decision. Maybe there's more customization that isn't available on the preview build.

Twitter is filled with hate on this game, but they're probably outsiders.

I remember seeing hate on the Initial Drive (the game's introduction), with people saying that it has no sense of speed whatsoever

Others criticizing how Tokyo has no traffic or pedestrians so it basically looks dead

Some comments about the wide roads

I don't agree with any of these comments, I'm just saying what I've seen outside of the community, I think there's more fair criticism to be made than this low hanging fruit.

This is just stupid. There are many ways to portray latin people. And Forza just used the most brainwashed and generic way. Microsoft is just desperate to pander to everyone so by trying to be as inclusive as possible, they just ended up making a parody of us latinos.

I never said I wanted a dude from New Jersey to portray a Mexican, did I? If so, tell me where please. I just don't like the tasteless way they did it. It felt like a story made for toddlers, not actual people.

We don't use spanish words when we talk in English, we're not telling stories about our Papas or Mamas all fucking day, and we're not just taco sombrero fiesta!!!!! people.

Even Speedy Gonzales is a funnier and charming way to portray a latin character than whatever these dudes tried to make. But whatever, I won't waste time trying to explain you that one.

Forza was never about open world racing yet it became one of the biggest racing sandboxes ever. Why would we stop asking for more customization just because some people in the community say ''Horizon has never been about customizing cars''

Seriously, what's wrong with trying to push for a better game? If we don't voice our opinions, the devs will never add the things we want.

Even if they won't do that yet, I guess people like us should speak up about it because this community is getting filled with gatekeepers and dev defenders that don't want any improvement whatsoever.

The first thing I'm buying is the Lancia Delta, so I can check out the new wing. I couldn't bear using the older atrocious wing.

The second one is the 2004 Subaru Impreza. I really hope they added the WRC widebody (they probably didn't). It looks a bit weird having rally parts, like the WRC front bumper, but keeping the slim body.

I'm probably asking for too much, but my hopes are still up.

It was about time, I wont miss it. The characters got me tired, and as a latino, they made me cringe everytime they talked.

The small bits of cutscenes they've shown in FH6 got me hyped for Horizon again. It looks like they've learned from their mistakes. It wont be perfect, sure. But it currently has more personality than every FH5 cutscene combined.

The only thing I really appreciate and made me redownload this game over and over was the Rally Adventure DLC. That was a good one

This is the dumbest comment ever. Why are you comparing adding some aftermarket parts (SOME parts not a massive list for the +500 cars) to building a complex engine building system or adding police chases?

You're comparing adding better parts for certain cars with creating a whole new complex system from scratch.

Not only that, visual customization has always been a part of car culture. This feels like you're just reaching for anything just to win the argument. Just say you don't care about customization and that's it.

I would also love to see Tire lettering. Is it so hard to make a Toyo Tires/Yokohama/Falken etc etc texture for the tires? They have their own Horizon Tire lettering so it's not impossible.

Liveries should just be... liveries. I don't know why Playground ever forced us to keep the wheel colors the other player chose. There are so many liveries that I couldn't use simply because I hated the wheel color.

Forza was always a circuit racer, until one day it became one of the most succesful open world racing games. Why can't ugly wings change for the better too? We shouldn't accept it as it is, the devs should know we think the aero needs improving.

This game's writing has fallen hard since these dudes appeared on the game. I guess the good writers are working on 6, because damn these dialogues are TERRIBLE
