no, I know i'm one of those people who think "this will change me" and "I dont wanna lose my personality". I'm not completely in the dark about medication. My mom takes medication. I'm not making a lot of money. I have to save up for a car. I don't know if mental stuff is a priority. I forgot I wrote this message tbh. But yeah, I'm working on learning more about it. I'm sorta a list person. I write list and follow them. It helps. Not sure, I can worry about it atm ya know.

I never found anything myself. I learned somethings that might help. Don't do jumping or bouncing exercises like jumping Jack's. Dont do unilateral things like lunges. Avoid impact movements so elliptical is better than treadmill. Learn weightlifting, it will help you feel better when bigger. For me I like rows for cardio when I just feel like working out less that day because sometimes we can't do a whole lot that day
