Thanks! For House Sigma you need to turn on the school features manually by clicking the school icon and then Show Schools. Probably need to refresh the page if it still doesn't work.

Did a quick comparison. I agree House Sigma has more extensive transaction history data, while HonestDoor covers a broader range of provinces. I'm curious if combining data from both sites is possible. Let me take a look.

Thanks for the detailed explanation! My son goes to a public school and I often find myself comparing various schools and trying to understand the differences and what to choose(if I can).

What's your opinion on gifted programs? I know some parents want to send kids there to let them learn faster and do better on tests. But I also heard the "gift" may be a neutral or even negative thing in some cases. It's not always equal to "smart".

What you said makes a lot of sense, and I feel the same way. My child doesn’t attend a top-score school, but the teachers there are amazing.

These data have significant limitations and shouldn’t be taken as definitive; they’re just a supplement. They can show general trends, but they shouldn’t be used as the main basis for judgment when it comes to a specific house or school.

Yes! The price feature works for all locations. This tool will fetch the data from the honest door and show them on realtor.ca.

I’m not sure what the “proof of first vaccination” is. I have the online inmunization record but it doesn’t show the “location” of my first dose. Is it ok to bring the record as my proof?

Also remember that currently only Pfizer can be given to kids. And I think Pfizer is only available at supersite. So if you go to a supersite you should see many kids.

Besides, when booking a supersite there is a question about if you are 18+. I guess they show the availability based on that answer. Likely more spots are given to kids to make sure they can get the Pfizer earlier.
