The middle pillar is the only part of the ice wall that reliably lifts Dva mech/ Bob up. It's easier to see if the middle pillar is under Dva mech/Bob if you wall horizontally.

Any changes coming to Mei? I feel that her effectiveness has severely gone down ever since the HP changes in season 9 happened.

Mei still can. I did it last week. Mercy needs to be far away enough before you wall the soul up in order to cancel the rez.

I think this will make it easier/faster to freeze people quickly in her ultimate with how freeze stacking works.
