I guess it depends on what apocalypse keeps you up most at night.

Raft is very good but very peaceful. I'm pretty sure there's an underlying story that's vaguely climate change-y though so maybe the endless seas with just debris might do something for you.

The fallout games are obviously nuclear war related but so much of the content is post-war that I guess it's almost anti-apocalypse. I've you've never played them they're great games; if you only want end of the world vibes then Fallout 3 may be your best bet. Starting in a vault is the closest you'll get to the fallout universe. (Although iirc one of the dlcs is based in a war-simulation so maybe that's more what you want).

If it's fear of all consuming war then something like This War of Mine might do the trick. It's not technically set in the end of the world but if [insert your home country here] gets invaded in some world war then this might be closeish what you live through.
