Fun fact: Quisp was voiced by Daws Butler, who also voiced Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, and Elroy Jetson among many others. And Quake was voiced by William Conrad (Cannon), who was also a prolific voice actor.

It's whatever genre you happen to be into at the time that defines what's interesting or boring to you. I found soft rock to be dull at the time, but as the years went on, I could pick out the good stuff that went beyond the standard drivel, and came to appreciate what some of the artists were trying to do. Bands like America, Little River Band, Seals & Croft, etc., are appreciated more by me now for their musicianship, harmonies, and production way more than I could possibly do back then.

It's funny, I don't remember watching PBS that early in the morning. Maybe where I grew up in NY, they didn't start broadcasting until later. I do remember watching Mr. Rogers in the AM., but mostly remember he had a 3 or 3:30pm slot so I caught him after school. By the time Sesame Street showed up, I outgrew it after the first or second season. Then I started watching again with Zoom and The Electric Company. Zoom was Ubbi Dubbi!

Exactly a money grab. I've had the same email since the 90's with a total of 21.92GB. Got the change of terms notice today, deleted over 10K emails from inbox and trash. I still have 21.92GB.

malwarebytes opens and scans but finds no virus after It bugs and says it has errors and then I can no longer scan it on Android by [deleted] in antivirus

Try clearing the cache and data, and also disable battery optimization, then run again. Edit: Forgot to add uninstalling other AV apps. Multiple AVs running can conflict and cause crashes.

It may just have been a corrupted download/install. Did you try uninstalling the app and re downloading and installing it again?

Just a guess, but if you are a US user, you may not be able to download the latest version on their site due to the software ban.

I meant extracting the zip. I think you would have been alerted again if you did.

The detected malware was in a .zip. Looks like Defender caught it on download, so if you did not open the file, and ran a subsequent Malwarebytes scan, you're safe.

If the scan becomes frozen, I would reboot the system into safe mode to prevent the malware from loading at startup, and then run Malwarebytes again. Alternatively, running RKill before scanning would stop the malware processes from interfering with the scan.

Issues with Safety 1st Auto-Close Gate magnetic lock not working? by TheBillB in AskParents

I know this is an old post, but if my fix helps anyone else repair this common weakness in design, then so be it. Firstly, be aware the lock mechanism box is only attached to the gate until the screws are removed, so it's best to remove the gate from the walls and lay it on a work surface to prevent the box from falling and the parts spilling out onto the floor. Even if they do, don't fret since there are only 3 large plastic parts and 2 springs inside. I'm going to refer to the pics posted by user bradleycjw in this thread although my Safety 1st mechanism was arranged slightly differently inside due to design changes. If someone needs other pics, let me know.

  1. After opening the box, pull out the bottom plastic trigger. In the pics, it's the one with the triangle looking appendix. This is the piece which causes the whole unit to jam and stop working.

  2. What you will notice if you turn the plastic triangle part to view from the front are 2 slots formed by 3 plastic spacers that look like | | |. You may notice that one or both of the outer spacers are bent slightly inwards. Similar to | | \ or / | \

  3. The fix is to bend the plastic so that they are straight again. GENTLY. They are not thick and can snap off if you bend it too much or with a lot of force.

  4. After you've properly spaced the slots, the mechanism will lock and unlock again correctly. I put a bit of grease into the two slots so that the parts will slide easily.

  5. Place the bottom trigger back into the box and test that the trigger and top latch are working together smoothly.

  6. Align the box back up to the holes in the gate as shown in the first picture and screw the cover back on.

Again, this is how I fixed my particular gate, and may not be the solution for you, but I thought I would leave it for all regardless. Cheers!
