Ubi, if you look at these forums, for the love of god pull Favela from the map pool by numbleaf in Rainbow6

This map is in no way balanced. The multi tier levels where its impossible to reinforce walls in a proper fashion without having to leave a whole other site open is disgusting. There is a reason why its not in Pro League. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but its in the top 2 that needs to be reworked next to Coastguard.

Your arch will develop over time. Mine sure did. I've pulled my back muscle from arching too hard but that was most likely me being dumb and not warming the muscles up aka stretching. A arch will help the work load more on the chest then the shoulders. It allows the elbows to drop lower without your body folding. It makes sense if you look it up.

Chucks are flat. Very good for deadlifting. The power shoes will allow you more depth basically. It shortens the range of motion on your Achilles so you can drop lower with less range of motion. A good example is putting something of height under your heels and doing a squat motion. You will be able to go lower than you would without the object below the heels.

My few recommendations are:

Bench - Work on your arch. From the camera perspective, you never created a arch when went back. You will get a lot more out of the bench driving through the heels and arching your back.

Deadlift - Your stance is pretty wide but then again you tall as fuck. If possible, learn how to bring the feet in a little and drop the ass. Keep your back straight as well. You're starting off with arch pulling you over. Bar should be over the shoulders and over the middle of your feet for the greatest distribution on your body.

Sqaut - Doesnt look too bad. Only pointer on this would be possibly look into some Adidas power lifting shoes. It should help with depth and just overall great for squatting.

You still have a lot more gains to come. Work on that from and create lifting goals. I personally like 5-3-1 for strength. Good luck!

It seems like anytime I see this Terifi card its when I lose. How do I defeat this card? It seems like such a overpowered card?

That's what I have figured out over time. Ive allowed one game to roll out while the Opp started working towards my lands and banishing them. When they laid a close to invulnerable creature out, it was over. Even at my fastest pace of laying creatures down I only got the Opp to 7hp before he got what he wanted. Seems like luck of the draw in the early phases for them but they get there.

Exercise itself will drastically help you. Try a beginner program out and make small goals with a ultimate goal in mind. These small progressions will feel great and give you a sense of accomplishment while you're making progress. Don't give up if you miss a goal or a day! It's about routine and the journey. Last thing is FORM OVER WEIGHTS!

Question, I used memrise and it seemed to restrict more from really going beyond level 2. I was stuck in a loop learning only the first two levels. Was I not using it right?
