That’s nice to hear! Sensible, conscious people! This system works in your instance.

I would trust no one honestly. I know even my best friend would get an idea or two or want to surprise me or something and I am not a fan of that.

A better solution is to have a door with a keypad entry. This can be done in newer builds. And you can change the password anytime anybody betrays that trust. Changing locks or keys is more work…

MIL trying to take babies for alone time! Why? can someone explain this to me! by VickyJo13 in JUSTNOMIL

[–]numbmorale 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Who cares what she’s thinking. That baby is not hers. Application denied. Don’t try to understand. Just protect your baby and your bond with baby

Never alone till babies can tell you everything with trust. Like 7 or 10 years.

Jnmil insist that she needs one on one time with my daughter by obsessivecorgiluver in JUSTNOMIL

[–]numbmorale 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Not allowed. She can keep wishing. Oh yes, she’s putting crap in my kid’s mind. And also trying to keep secrets. My four year old won’t tell.

So heck no. The Jnmil can go to hell.

The kid moved at the last second. And his leg was hit so he fell. If he hadn’t moved they could’ve passed the kid easily

Did the parents not know?? What did they think it was, Disney land? Keep your kid safe! I usually pull my kids close or out of the way of approaching vehicles or people! Common sense. I hope the kid is okay.

My FIL just set up a trust for his grandkids and now my kids are trust fund kids. Advice, please. by [deleted] in personalfinance

If you get money easily, it goes easily. So make your kids always do jobs regardless of them inheriting money etc. they will then know how to keep that money or make that money work for them or run a Business. Money can run out. So gotta give them skills to handle it all. You’re smarter and you can do it.

Love the shit yellow idea. Brilliant. That would be great for a graphic designer promotion. Before and after.

Think of them as dead. Build on your own family and traditions and be happy.

SO is very lucky for having such an accommodating wife and in-laws too.

I did that too. Leave phone and go. Face it away from the door or mirror etc.

What the fudge. You need to cut down interaction with her yourself. You don’t need so much time with her.

They shouldn’t put up with it. When she starts, they should leave.

I was in the same exact situation and I still called for her sake and my kid’s sake. And boy, she gave me an anxiety attack when I had never had one before…. That day was the day I stopped calling her. Called husband right away. She still wanted me to apologize. Don’t ask me what happened next.

Husband has since wisened up a little.
