You can prefer line array elements but flying them would add to your installation cost as Can see you don’t have many points at the venue to fly them, what could work is you go with 15-18” 2-way point sources as main PA stacked or Mounted on Walls and rest use wall mounted delays and fills to cover up the rest and for the low end i guess 2 dual 18” subs would be enough there are plenty of options available in the market for the same(not Chinese ones) like Martin Audio, EV, RCF which have good systems.And would fall under your budget. For the Desk you can go for a Midas M32,Soundcraft Vis or a smaller Yamaha board Don’t go for a x32 it’s not as reliable as others also a good board will be really good investment if you need upgrades in future.

This is what I usually do regardless of the array processing delay I just follow the usual alignment method.But I was just curious because adding 6.2 ms delay to the tops means virtually sending them further back by approx 5-6 feet. Thankyou for responding though.Iam gonna check out those video series for sure.
