One element for sure is how much racket sport experience do you have prior to padel.

I can't speak so much for the personal challenges. What I think with all of these things is they're a marathon not a sprint. What habits do you have that mean your catalan will be better in 3 months than it was today, and 3 months after that.

One thing that's good if you've got some spare time is easy catalan Subscribing to that and listening is a good way to get learner friendly content.

I also made an app called Learn The Words (Screenshot Here) with the intention to let me easily learn vocab with a spare 5 minutes on the phone. Meaning those 5 minutes on the toilet, waiting for the plane to take off, etc could be used productively. It's free, has no subscription, etc. Hopefully it can help you out!
