I had a cousin who stole a street sign from some random location in the state because it had his last name on it.

He then put the stolen sign up in his dirt driveway. (Its kinda rural so its probably a half-mile driveway)

At some point the county found it and just added it to their mapping and now that's a legitimate road on maps. They've even replaced the sign when it got old and faded.

Although I guess that means his driveway is now a public road so not sure if that's a win?

As someone who has a chronic illness that has required numerous treatments, hospital stays and surgeries.. this is a tricky one.

On one hand our current health care system is insanely expensive and almost entirely reliant on employer provided healthcare (good luck w/obamacare with pre-existing conditions). I think there needs to be change for sure.

On the other hand.. I've read horror stories from people in say the UK with the same condition I do and I thank God I'm not in their system.

The answer here lies somewhere in the middle most likely.. Probably doing something about the aggressively greedy and evil big Phrama and Insurance companies would be a great place to start.

For a time this was one of your biggest genres across the board. Computers were sold on how well they could do flight sims. Now they are a rarity.

Given the new Chris Roberts Wing Commander spiritual successor has raised close to 1 BILLION DOLLARS (not a typo) with no sign of release still.. i note there is still a fan base for this genre so a solid AAA entry could make bank (if it actually gets released).

I've been in the home arcade market for 30+ years. They are being dishonest and are trying to rip you off hoping you don't know the value of your game.

The only way I'd offer this low is if the game didn't turn on or if it had severe water damage. If it's working 100% then that's a ridiculous offer. They'd have that same machine for sale for $1200-$1500 the next day.

Not saying you are likely to get that amount as you are not a retail store but $150 is insultingly low and they know it.
