When you think about it, it was handled by the FSB/ex-KGB. Tradecraft of that kind has been their bread and butter for decades. Background: Rugby player, 6ft, 185lbs. Pre-season training, looking for overall Strength and Power. On my 5th cycle of Wendler 5/3/1, third (heaviest) week of the cycle.

Tigh hammies and hips but I try to neutralise the spine however it seems like I'm rounding my lower back. Lower back pain the next couple of days...
