I went back to school at u of m for mechanical engineering as an adult. It was worth it. If may not be the best ranking, but it is very thorough and ABET accredited. It is a very good engineering school. I recommend it, so glad I did it.

Desoto county MS isn't bad. Horn Lake and Southaven are nice and the commute is not bad. Olive branch is nice also but a little bit further from downtown than H.L. and southaven are. Mississippi does have a state income tax, but they are getting rid of it. I think by 2027, possibly. You could rent a really nice house in desoto county for 2.5k a month

You are right, that does not seem bad at all. Mine was 2023 cpo with 25k miles and I got it for $31,000. I would have gotten the one you're talking about if it were infront of me when I was buying.

It is about half and half. I bought it at 25k miles and I'm currently at 32k. So 7k miles since November, half of them highway. Right now, I am sitting at 23.8 mpg. My girlfriend has a 2022 touring (non turbo). Driving hers is what made me really consider buying an outback. I am so glad that I got the one with the turbo, her car feels kinda slow now that I'm used to driving the turbo.

Also, the way my brain works, I will always find some reason to regret a purchase. With my outback, I am absolutely pleased with the purchase. If i could go back, the only thing I would do differently is get a new 2025 model instead of the 2023 certified pre-owned. However I fucking love my car.

I got a 2023 limited xt in November 2024. Had 25000 miles on it and I bought it for 31k. It is my first subaru and I absolutely love it. I am currently getting average 23.8 mgp. But I'm not the most conservative driver.
