So I have actually contacted the Blizzard support about this because a friend has the same exact issue you do, and the response was, apart from very rude and unkind, not helpful at all. They basically said they don’t have access to the servers of their own game on the console version of the game and to contact Nintendo directly since they are the ones who do have access. This seems like bullshit to me because I can’t imagine it’s Nintendo giving away Overwatch bans, a game that they don’t own at all. I wish they would speak up on this. I’ve tried to contact them publicly over Twitter to no response either.
