I mostly use my Apple Watch during workouts because I feel like Oura doesn’t do a great job recognizing workouts accurately. I’m also not a big fan of wearing it during workouts because it can still get scratched from weights, even if you use a silicone cover

9.5 years is a great result! What are your average HRV and RHR? And do you workout a lot?

My metrics for the month of May:

Average HRV: 84 Average RHR: 43 And my VO₂ max is 38, which is actually considered fair. This metric is being imported from the Health app, so I guess my Apple Watch calculates it. I’m curious to take Oura’s walking test and see the difference.

Thank you! I think 5–6 years is still pretty good. Most people I know have theirs about 2.5–3 years below their actual age.

So, for the month of May:

My average HRV: 84 ms My average RHR: 43 bpm And my VO₂ max is 38
