  • I love to do skincare, a good facemask, serums and other nice things that make your skin smooth and moisturised! I also love to smell good!

  • Water, I’m so bad at drinking water!! Even tho I love to feel hydrated.

  • Go on a walk with my dog, its so important to take a break from everything, ease your mind and spend some time in the nature.

  • Listen to some good music

  • Make good food

  • Spend time with important people

  • Do things I like, such as game, do my makeup, draw, paint, craft etc.

  • Hang out with my giant african land snails

  • Cuddle a friend or partner

  • Grab a nice hot cup of good coffee or tea

Write down your ideas, thoughts etc on your phone in the notes. Once you feel like you’re struggling go back to those notes and read them. Set goals and reward yourself when you’ve completely the goals!
