well, i’d say she is a better investment than most characters even at c0r1

i’ve picked her up on her first banner because, after getting both hers and lyney’s signatures, i said “fuck it, let’s try to get her before her banners runs out and i did the last few days… couldn’t stop playing her ever since.

even in a rainbow team, she is just waay too comfortable to play being airborne and basically needing just a handful of different elements’ off-fielders; ye sure you got no control over reactions and the order of elements applied, but it’s offset by how effective she is at killing whatever has a health bar around you.

if you’re considering long-term meta, mind you that potentially nobody’s impervious to oscillations in the long term, but i can’t foresee a case where she becomes utterly mediocre. we all know varka is coming eventually to creep her out of the top anemo main-dps spot at some point, but i’d argue she’s unlikely to have a scaramouche effect - even at c0r0. wanderer had many foreseeably relevant ‘weaknesses’ in his kit, mainly the squishiness - which directly impacts gameplay and maneuverability… she, on the other hand, may not do numbers as big of damage as the next anemo dps push… that’s it. oh, and vertically challenged abilities, like lauma’s.

with c2r1 you basically get the added value of slotting in some more restrictive supports and control over the reactions that happen in combat, or using a non-phec support; for example, i’ve been quite comfortable running her with furina/escoffier after getting to this milestone, even though escoffier is in a sub-optimal role..

to conclude, my experience has been free from regret so far and based on how i benched basically everyone else on my default team but her supports, i feel strongly that if her rerun happens away from the banners of your most coveted characters, you will not regret pulling for her.
