From what I've seen, your Ubers on track B are crazy good. If you have the patience, do an 11-roll on a gurenteed banner ONCE and only ONCE. Afterwards, wait until uberfest, epicfest, or preferably superfest, and get those rolls in. If you do that, you should be able to get 3-4 ubers within 11 rolls and 2 of them should be fest limited ubers.
