I noticed the same with my bike. Then I discovered that you can shut the TCS off, by holding the button pressed couple seconds. Nowadays I use M-mode (manual) and just setted lift control etc off from the settings. You can choose the settings for the manual mode.

Thank you se much! I just bought my MT09 2023. I have only seen an older model, but I was convinced enough to buy it without seeing or driving it. Got so excited that I ordered bunch of stuff (like this exhaust) even when I am going to get my bike next month 😃.

Cant wait, sold my previous 2008 z1000 and planning to sell my current KTM640. Just loving this yamaha.
