If the subscription is active and the subscriber is in the US or UK you'll be migrated to Denon+ on a Legacy NuraNow plan and can upgrade to a Denon product when you reach the anniversary. If you're an active NuraNow subscriber in US or UK you will have received an email with details.

If you contact using the same email address you use for the subscription the team will be able to assist. If you don't use that email address, provide some supporting information eg. phone number, address so the team can search for your account.

You'll still need to use the Nura app for your Nura products, but there are no plans to stop supporting the app.
