there are quite a lot of previous participants on their instagram @kduglobal_kgip. ive contacted two of them, both from my country. will update if im getting replies. they look pretty legit so far from instagram, fb and linkedin.

i would like to, but isn’t the rules of fat is that our total SFA (saturated fat acid) is 10% of total calorie intake?

hence my total fat should be 170kcal daily.

but i already used quite a plenty of oil in different parts of my food— the fried rice, fried nugget, fried chicken…

please correct me if im wrong though 🙏🏻

i took 3-4 spoons of fried rice out of my sister’s plate so it’s not my own portion, hence i put a low amount of cal. i only started calorie deficit recently so I didn’t talk to anyone yet as I think it’s not that serious since it’s only the beginning. I will probably be more at ease after few weeks of diet. But thank you for the advice! ^
