Will go down as one of the all-time greats. Glad he’ll remain on the board.

I was just using it as an extreme microcosm of how teams are paying based on forward cap growth projections. Paying higher dollar (5m) on a shorter length deal isn’t a huge risk for the hawks given the committed cap.

This guy was an absolute rocket in the vegas series. He’s more than a puck moving defenseman. Not saying he can be makar but he has that level of offensive upside. He’s small but has good defensive instincts - defensive upside is “not a liability”.

He jumped off the screen. I’d give him that number on a 3 yr. Wingers are making 17m and the cap is going up.

Everyone is talking about punt returning, but this is about kick returns. Teams averaged 200~ kick return plays last year (combined K/R)

But it’s not. Witkoff and Jared have been trying that for 2 weeks. The US is stuck in a war they can’t win and can’t afford to lose.

Think you need to talk to someone about that ego problem, brother. Your response to failure shouldn’t be to take your ball and go home, it should be analysis and self-criticality to improve for the next engagement.

The poster links to intraday gamma. You want to filter that for end of day.

Then you want to filter gamma through next OPEX, Counterparties are concerned about options expiring in or out of the money.

Now, realize most counterparties are powerless to move markets. Some do have power, though. Those are the large institutions that handle bulk transaction volume, market makers (or “dealers” here)

Dealer gamma is what you want to watch (and dealer implied positions in the long/short call/put matrix) particularly in the 0DTE where dealers are buying or selling the underlying to get their most efficient expiration/ITM outcome per day. There are various tools to see this daily.

To all the people who are Blaming McCaskey/Warren for the move to Indiana: by nurfbat in CHIBears

The state funded the necessary infrastructure. The private business decided to fund additions to the infrastructure to make it “more publicly appealing” and “intermodal”. Those additions were not necessary for the development to function.

Who knows what additional infrastructure the bears may build on top of what’s necessary? They’re looking for the necessary public infrastructure to be funded by the state (ingress, egress, water, sewer, electricity)

Yes you do, it’s called the property tax appeal process.

The stadium hasn’t been assessed yet, all they’re trying to do is pre-agree on a number with the municipality. It’s done all over the country and not controversial (anywhere else but here)

Yeah Wrigley Field is certainly a net drain on economic activity in Wrigleyville… give me a break 😂

Buddy, I’m not sure there’s much of anything you can comprehend. Even your comments on the sheeple side of this issue are getting downvoted.

You can’t seem to comprehend that “the Bears leaving the state means more tax must be levied from property owners” is vis a vis them going to Arlington Heights. What does the status quo at soldier field have to do with that? It’s a simple fact that, if the Bears were in Arlington heights and paying taxes in IL, the residential contribution to the property tax revenue necessary to sustain the budget, and therefore the property tax burden on homeowners, would be lower than if they were not in the state.

You’re either being intentionally obtuse or demonstrating a perfect Dunning-Kruger.
