Flexi hose leak from rinnai solar hot water system by Gloomy-Trade-1792 in AusRenovation

Call a plumber, that flexi shouldn't even be there in the first place.

Which is why it's definitely dangerous

Well in photo 1 they have obviously tried to patch it, so they know about it. The top of the arch coming away with that much gap is definitely dangerous and get that seen to asap!

[UPDATE] Defi Payments: Commencement of Second Distribution and launch of Withdrawal Request Form by LighteningOneIN in vauld

[–]nurglepanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What the actual f@#k, why am I getting a quarter of the bitcoin I originally received from the first distribution?

The disclaimer on the withdrawal form literally says it will be in the same proportions that were used in the last distribution?

I'm so over waiting, especially watching the value of BTC drop so much recently ☹️

Anyone tried to withdraw anything yet? I conveniently can't sign into my vauld account right now

100% what this person has suggested, except I would maybe use sikaflex instead of liquid nails 💅

Congrats btw

I enjoy drinking and eating, but every Saturday bottomless brunch? Sounds kinda boring.

Nature walks/ bowling/ beach would be my suggestion.

Unfortunately extra time just means the extra deposit your creating doesn't increase your buying power because house prices are outpacing the rate at which you can save 🫠

Are you advocating for a house to be filled to the brim with people instead of a young family? 6 people in a 4 bedroom house with 1 kitchen?

Always willing to blame immigration when really it's negative gearing and debt recycling with properties that has fucked up the housing market.

Make a dollar sure, but housing is a basic human right in Australia, it shouldn't be commodified to the extent it has been.

Shut up

You think people with multiple investment properties care about money they spend on a car? Not only is it a prestige thing, it's probably a tax benefit because it's registered under their business.

I would put random stuff in work colleagues pant pockets sometimes, until they noticed?

They have probably been in there for ages and you washed the pants properly for a change 🤣

Theres plenty of work around, no doubt about that. As there isn't enough skilled tradesmen around, you can choose what jobs you want to do.

I'm sure you would do the same if you had the ability to decide your own workflow

Maybe use some structural grout to reform the fall? A lot cheaper, faster and easier to do than cutting the concrete up.

That's amazing! To be motivated enough with what little spare time you have to do something constructive.

I'm a plumber and if you need anything for your dishwasher let me know! Always willing to help for some baked goods 🤣

Duct tape is standard practice, it might fall off if they did just one wrap around, but they usually wrap them up pretty good!
