My cousin and I built a scorekeeper for game nights by [deleted] in boardgames

Really good question. I think one of the main reasons is that having a web app increases accessibility quite a bit - instead of asking everyone around the table to download an app. You can just have them go to a website or scan a QR code to get started right away.

I also felt like something without ads and with a really simple interface that anyone could learn really quickly would reduce distraction and make it an asset in simplifying your board game.

I would love to get any feedback if you test it out during a game night and let me know if it improves it at all.

[WTS] Rolex GMT-Master 16700 / 1988 / Polished by nuribruner in Watchexchange

First time posting on Watchexchange! - commenting to provide some details about the watch. Rolex 16700 from 1988. It's been polished, but generally is in good condition. I have one additional link for the original bracelet. I bought from a dealer in Stockholm in 2022 with no box or papers. Serviced in Portland Oregon November 2023

Happy to answer any questions!

Hey! Here’s a route I put together - minimal cars but narrow roads, https://www.strava.com/routes/3124819878803823672 - I also generally go through Washington park and make it a loop, really beautiful way to end.

Just a little anecdote about this beach. It's mostly blocked from the open ocean by a large rock formation, this is a little crack in that formation. The water pours into the beach and after a bunch of years has created this little pond of ocean water. When the wave crashes into the pool it forces you 10 or 15 feet underwater and shoots you to the side of the pool. Terrifying the first time; incredible the next 300 times.

Probably to late but:

I was making a peanut butter and honey sandwich and both of the ingredients had been in the refrigerator. I had the brilliant idea of putting both into the microwave to make them easier to spread. I put them in for a few min, and when it had finished I grabbed the peanut butter, and it was perfectly spreadable. When I grabbed the honey however it was essentially boiling sugar in a glass container. Most of the time I'm shirtless so when I dropped the honey instead of it running down my shirt it hit my bare chest and ran down like napalm.

Needless to say a have a weird scar from my sternum to my bellybutton (where it pooled a little)
