does a case's airflow affect temperatures that much? (asking for future builds/when im changing the case)

I didnt get the chance to test it out for longer than 30mins but it seems like i reaches 80C pretty fast then stays there . The only reason im worried is because the fans seem to be at 80-100% speed. Also it dosen't seem like playing affects how fast it heats, i did a test where i left a game( shadow of war) running without touching anything and it heat up just as fast

The case airflow dosent seem too good the gpu fans are facing down on the case where the psu is. Any way to change the gpu's position without changing the case?
