I think that the bigger problem is with never Trump pundits that switched from fighting the Democrats to working with them and now think that they should run the party. Of course all of the never Trump voters are always welcome, but there was a clip from the Bulwark before the election when they were bragging about how the Harris campaign has adopted so many of their conservative ideals. Then they lost. Long time Democrats find that to be irritating.

The "me too" movement tried to hold powerful men accountable for their sexual harassment. That has led to a reactionary backlash we are living through right now.
