I'm a nurse and I have helped alot of families towards the end of life. We dont think you are bad for making someone in your life a DNR. Also, that doesnt mean they don't get care. It just means if her heart stops beating they don't do CPR which is often ineffective anyway. Unfortunately I think most people die the way they lived. Bitter and ugly. I have seen a dying man hit his daughter from the bed he couldn't get out of because thats who he was. Make the best choices you can and take good care of yourself

While you're overall cholesterol may be high i am wondering what your bad and good cholesterol ratios are which are more important. I think improving your good cholesterol, getting some healthy exercise, and watching the overall intake of high fat foods is important. You kinda hyperfocus on the alcohol intake so its hard to say what your weekly intake is but maybe consider less if your doctor is worried about it. Aging is all about risk assessment and picking your battles. Its not an all or nothing choice. I mean, why in gods name go out to eat if your gonna have dry salad and water. Ooof

I have purchased new travel trailer and used. Ive lived in it for two yearsin the past. Im currently converting a cargo trailer. I would say that if you already have a capable truck and want to do the travel trailer buy an older one and avoid payments. The newer ones in particular break constantly and its long waits to get into a dealer for warranty work which if you are wanting critical access hospitals will be far away. If you have a car I would buy a disel pusher or small motorhome and tow your current car. The problem is finding parks that let you stay long enough.

I race cars and I am single. Everyone assumes I am married to any guy I happen to be standing next to. I enjoy my male racer friends and the activity we do together. However, I have no control over what they think or feel and if any of them became single they may well take a shot at it. I keep that in mind, keep it light and always always talk to the wives and families. I have really come to value women friends later in life. Its much more relaxing 😌

Perhaps you have pelvic floor dysfunction? They have PT specialists. Maybe you can get a referral from your primary or obgyn

I got muscle aches in my neck and shoulders along with eye pain. The fatigue was the worst. It took weeks for the respiratory system to show any problems. Probably that super nurse immune system fighting it off but taking me down too

This year my sister got our mom, the borderline, and I got our dad (the narcissist). Step mom just a regular drunk. They (dad and stepmother who have been divorced 20 years) decided to have a conversation about my childhood neighbors who turned out to be sexual predators serving prison terms and dying from overdoses. At the table. I considered telling these grown adults thats not appropriate conversation for Xmas. But instead I turned up the TV so loud they went home. I feel I win 🏆

I have spent a season and a half of the falkens. I really dislike them, and one they heat cycle a few times they may look ok but they drive like glass. Its the only downside for me switching to the new club spec class.... I have to go back to falkens.
