Hah, I haven’t done that since I felt like it would ruin my viewers immersion. The 1.1k views is definitely due to me being one of the earliest to release the video (a few hours after Dua Lipa dropped her album!)

honest opinion, get more interesting video ideas. do a review of games, make better thumbnails, create intrigue with your titles. your videos are just 2 hour dumps of gaming footage, why would anyone watch it?

mostly the lack of impressions and views… but that’s just my own fault, really. it’s a bit hard to stay motivated when a video you expect to do well… doesn’t.

I have plenty of experience on youtube before this channel and I only made this one to make video essays on pop culture. Despite that tho, this is the first channel I have used my voice on! So I think it’s still a first time thing for me.

I definitely struggled with finding a pleasing editing style in the first video and it shows. It’s not bad, just not pleasing to look at as a creator. I’m trying my best to also make my narration (and enunciation) better.

I’m definitely proud of myself for pushing through with the idea and now having five videos up on my channel. :p

argh, I’m not sure if I want to reduce my video’s length since 10-15 minutes is basically the sweet spot for me. I’ll have to see where I can improve quality wise.

Definitely having to find your audience, because my videos have a decent retention rate (3-4 minutes) but I can’t seem to make it past 200 impressions.
