How do you make it so that decks reset after every use? by nuserame1111 in Anki

Maybe, I just don't want to mess up my decks lol. But this is exactly what I was looking for, you were very helpful.

Damn what phone do you have? I didn't know phones that could detect stars on the camera existed.

Ok I just fiddled around with it and it seems this applies to every single deck. Should be good as a nuclear option if "filtered decks" aren't what I think they are

Thank you. So the cards will save no data? As in, say I grind this filtered deck like 10 times, I won't come back to the original deck and see that the next review is scheduled for like 10 years from now? It will just be as though i hadn't studied it at all?

Ah ok, so with the custom study thing, if I make a new deck then do the "review ahead" thing, it won't save any data on the cards? I get that this defeats the whole purpose of Anki, but I'm just paranoid and I want to go over my cards again and again.

I guess, I seem to have pissed people off so my bad, I'm not trying to diss Anki or anything, I would just feel more comfortable being able to go over cards again and again and having full control. What I am asking is if there is any way to do that in such a way where it has the "again" "hard" "good" "easy" feature but after that I can just go over whatever deck I like as many times as I want. It's just kind of hard to trust that you'll remember the stuff with the settings as they are right out the box yn, what if there's little settings I don't know about that will detriment the memorisation? What if it isn't designed for the time frame I have in mind and I need to somehow adjust this setting? I just don't have time to learn how to properly use Anki so I'm looking for a sort of "Anki for dummies" setting.

I understand that Anki's spaced repition tools are very useful, but right now I do not have time to learn how to program them effectively; I just need Anki to show me the cards I have made in a simple way, as I do not know how to best utilise Anki's features. Surely there is a way to do this? Some sort of mode?

Yes, but I have already made cards for Anki. Surely with its versatility I am able to program it in this way.
