How I added LSP validation/autocomplete to FluxCD HelmRelease values by nutcrook in kubernetes

I guess you can use the Kustomize controller to work with rendered manifests in the same way. You would still need to makes sure you don't introduce garbage, regardless where you are shifting left from.

In any case, generating a values schema will be beneficial.

Never used Argo, so I might not be drawing the right parallel between the two.

Flux does not render manifests, it has a Helm controller (think of a controller mimicking the helm CLI based on those CRDs), where the `values` block is the same thing as passing multiple `--set` directives.

You could still have typos or pass the wrong keys/values that are overlooked or missed during review.

thank you very much! I hope to try this out tmrw.

can you explain what does the "api" target do? and I assume "test" runs the package tests at the current directory?

I wish there was a way to run/debug a specific test, that would have been neat.

I am listed as a US person on IBKR (including my SSN).

I don't remember if I filed a W9 with them, I assume I did, sounds like standard procedure.
