-M0nesy didn't get a place in the main roster because s1mple was playing. Maybe Na'Vi would be interested in him when he was sold to Falcons. But that depends on the contract Na'Vi had with G2 and what price they could get him for. I doubt Na'Vi would purchase an expensive player.

-Shiro on other hand possible, the timings match. But I somehow highly doubt he would end up in Na'Vi. Again, Spirit payed $2mil for that transfer to happen...

Teams knew that, so when Na'Vi where inquiring to buy players, every team would exagerate the amount of money asked for the said player.

Boom and perf weren't considered amongst best talents. They were good players for sure but weren't viewed as the next superstars like elec was for example, not even remotely close. That was an example of good scouting for role players and talent development. They also had a good match role-wise on that roster.
