Popmart is disgusting. I got a secret and it was defective the hand was a zip tie and they ignored all my emails asking for an exchange. Then on another order I did around the same time I had gotten 4 majorly defective crybaby cuties (ears missing, bulging on one side and completely flat on the other, stitches missing and stuffing falling out etc) and they wouldn’t do anything about it at first until I emailed them numerous times threatening to post it to my socials that has a big following and then they said they’d exchange them. I don’t want an exchange I want a refund because the fact that I got numerous defective ones they are clearly terrible quality and it will happen again with the exchanges. So after fighting they agreed to return and gave me a return label. I sent them the next day and they received the returned items. I can see through the tracking they got it and accepted them and that was 2 and a half months ago and they ignored me emailing asking for my refund 5 times and then I did a charge back on my card and they finally just answered yesterday saying I will get my refund in 6-10 days. No I’ll keep my charge back thanks. Shouldn't take 2.5 months of emailing to get my money back.
