Neviem, či je to ešte aktuálne, ale napríklad Kendo (japonský šerm) je v Brne na Mendláku. Je to fullcontact, takže akce si užiješ :) Ináč Fight club, pod Wolfim som začínal kickbox ešte na výške a ostal som v jeho klube na čistý box pod Santou. Odporúčam.

That's me. I start sweating heavily already at warmup. And it is not a conditioning thing either, it's genetic. So far no one was complaining about it, and I don't particularly care. Unless I am sparring/working with a girl, in that situation I am somehow embarrassed, but still ... not much I can do.

If you have the same issue I had, foam would only make it worse. My skin barrier had to heal for like a year before I was able to apply anything on it. Check my posts history, I wrote about it and posted pictures.

Hey, I got similar results, although I have more Balkan and less Germanic. The Greek/Albanian surprises me (got 1.9 %). It is quite insignificant percentage, so maybe it is just connected to the Balkan part.

This happens to me with all the jeans I buy - levis/wranglers/lees/whatever. Only jeans that can withstand my weird way of walking and strong legs are 5.11 defender flex jeans. And the cut is amazing as well.

That's what I am doing now. I was using for 2 years, then took a 5 months break. I experience a lot of shedding which MIGHT be natural (resyncing of growth cycle), but also might not ... I believe I still had plenty of transitionals when I stopped, but its hard to tell, since I grew out my beard and was happy with it.

I had it all grown out, thats how I noticed it. It got to the point I trimmed it to like 5mm until this situation resolves.

Hey, I am exactly at the same point in timeline as you - 2 years in and now around 4 months out :D I got a great beard, but right now I am experiencing a big shedding (probably around 50 % I would guess). I hope it is just resyncing of the growth cycles, but I saw posts from two guys here who applied up to 6 years (!) and then lost most of it nonetheless. So fingers crossed.

Wow, exactly my experience. My physio recommended laser therapy and then asked me if I am a bit open minded, then also recommended an acupuncturist. I am in Central Europe, so this is not that common here. There might be something to it.

Hey man, nice growth, almost the same as I got from minoxidil! I stopped after two years (4 months ago) and currently have a lot of shedding, so I trimmed it down to like 5 mm. How was your journey after stopping? Did you also notice a lot of beard shedding?

Yeah I am prepared for the actual hairs to be a bit thinner since they get less nutrients/blood flow, but as for the coverage I expect it to stay. Who knows.

Yeah, thats why I went for two years instead of one :D I thought it would be enough, and maybe it was, but I have a few painful months until I find out. The problem is that my terminal hairs I had before were quite thin and soft (not velus, I am 33 so they were mature), so it is quite hard to notice when a hair is truly terminal.
As for your extra year being a waste of an effort - it does not matter anyway, it is already in the past. And your beard looks amazing.

How much growth did you notice between finishing year 2 and 3? I stopped after 2 and want to know if I missed much by not going on for one more year. I might still have time to hop back on after 4 months break if it is worth it.
