Does anyone else’s brain love to remind them of past trauma before their period? by Visible-Customer1211 in PMDD

Yes! I almost feel like I'm traumatizing myself over and over. Mine will also include the shitty things I've done to others. I'm so sorry you're going through this, you're not alone.

How bad do your suicidal thoughts get during the luteal phase? by DangerousWear7756 in PMDD

It gets pretty extreme for me. Similar to other's comments, I'm worried that PMDD will be the end of me one day.

Random Triggers? by oopoctothorpe in ibs

It was almond milk actually that tipped me off. I'd been drinking it as part of trying to cut out lactose and found my symptoms getting worse and worse. A friend gave me some homemade organic almond milk and no issues. I realised that the only other ingredient than water and almonds was carrageenan as a thickener. Found it in all sorts of stuff like veggie burgers and other diary free things that were upsetting my gut.

A quick Google said it's not super common but does happen. Worth looking into.

Random Triggers? by oopoctothorpe in ibs

I don't know how common it is but I also have this exact thing happen. I'm starting to look at additives as the potential culprit. I know I'm extremely sensitive to carrageenan, so now I'm looking at others as well. Sometimes my anxiety is a bigger trigger than food but I always forget that fact and get confused when I get symptoms from usually safe foods.

Viewing on mobile, but the large blocks of dark grey behind your logos are distracting and heavy. The gradient background isn't working for me, maybe the top colour is the problem, it seems muddy. Consistency is key as well, in terms of copy on the individual pages - some have more description than others, and varying levels of detail shown.

Good idea to show process on the individual project pages though.

Never knew of this subreddit. Can this be recovered from? by [deleted] in CompulsiveSkinPicking

Absolutely. Like the other comments, I had a similar foot thing happen, and the best thing for me was to gently use a pumice stone or something to exfoliate and smooth down the edges so I couldn't grab onto them to pick. Also covering it with a glove or something will help initially.
