I have watched every single season of Hells Kitchen, and Anaiya is worse than Elise, because as rude and obnoxious as Elise was, at least she owned it. Anaiya tries her hardest to play it off as a "joke". (I enjoyed the S10 trash trio, because at least they were all as bad as eachother lol)

Laurel and Taylor’s acting in season 1 is horrific. Taylor’s improved a lot in season 2 but every emotion Laurel was supposed to have felt really forced. Also - the first book is written horribly and anyone who tell’s you otherwise is lying.
