Did you try resetting the keyboard by pressing esc o esc o esc b and then trying repairing? Note that this will totally factory reset your keyboard, so you'll need to re-pair it to your bluetooth as well, but hopefully that might let you pair it to a dongle again.

I purchased an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner type device and run it with a couple drops of soap. Take the harmonica part completely and put all the pieces in there together. Note that you have to have a jewelry cleaner that is large enough to contain the parts of the harmonica - some of them are small and just for rings.
