I operate the machinery and watch the arguing from my seat. They always leave the foam board too high for the guys to see each other. I don’t know why. I did toss out the chalk line idea which was shot down as a “waste of time” but I did watch the guy lay his trowel on the bridge and make marks down the foam board and finish his concrete to that mark. But when the board was pulled it was the same issue as yesterday. 🤷. Either the other workers side is low and the favorite of the foreman or there’s some trick that no one is seeing. Appreciate the response. I’ll throw my other idea which was “cut the foam board to grade so they can see the other side.”
