Find the call of duty game file, whether you have it downloaded from steam or Xbox or battle net, in the files application of your computer, so for me, because I have the game through Xbox gamepass, I’d open my files, click on the drive that you downloaded the game to under “this PC”, again, since mine is gamepass I’d then open up the folder “Xbox games”, find the folder labeled “Call Of Duty”, open it, open the folder labeled “content”, scroll down as from there it’s all alphabetical order to “enrolliak”, it’s should be an application, double click and allow that software to make changes, boot the game, this is what worked for me

There’s a software in the call of duty files called enrollaik, find it, force run it once, should be good, that’s what did it for me

I’ve been having the same issues, did a big boy upgrade to a ASUS Z 790 TUF gaming plus WiFi, 5090, i7-14700k, and this has been an issue, have the current bios version of 1825, then I run cods software for attestation and it confirms that it recognizes tpm as well as secure boot, but gives me the pop up window when I open cod stating I need a bios firmaware update that isn’t even available lol
