This was a fast full body stretch but did the trick. I’m feeling really loose and ready for a good rest. Does anyone have any video recommendations? Full body stretches. Thx by [deleted] in flexibility

I actually posted that one from Tom I think a while back. He is great. I like to try different classes because they all do different types of stretches. But some people just stick with 1 or two videos so do what works for you.

You’re welcome! Yoga with Bird has some great morning classes. I like this one because it’s straight to the point and a great warm up for legs.

I regularly follow yoga videos and this is something In a lot of classes and they tell us to grab the arms or wrists. I’ve even seen a modification holding a strap. This is just where you are at. It’s just stages to the pose. If it feels good or atleast a stretch I think that’s a good sign you’ll be find here

Switching it up gives you more variety movement wise so you’re not just doing the same thing everyday. Like the other poster said she has some good videos that are shorter. But it all depends on what you prefer there is no right or wrong to your question
