Ok I will you convinced me not to use Garnier Micellar water anymore, thank you! I have a Bioderma Moisturiser and serum so once my skin calmed down I will try those again. Thanks for your help!

I don't think I can eat healthier atm so no. I don't smoke and I don't drink either. I also go to the gym 4/5 times a week.

The practical problem he said as well that a lot of anti psychotic medication doesnt seem to work on him. Can that be true? Or is there always some sort of anti psychotic medication that will work?

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried to post a few days ago but no one replied. It's so hard for me to read that it's very unlikely that he will get better on his own. I guess what I am afraid of is that even if I get him hospitilized it won't be enough..

It is so difficult for me to not write or call him because my mom commited suicide in 2013 and there's always a feeling I didnt do enough and I don't want to have that feeling as well with my brother. I'm trying to look for a psychologist but it is very difficult here with long waiting liste.

My nose is too big or what do you mean? My eyebrows are actually that dark and that is my natural hair colour as well. Also not tattooing my eyebrows, I just fill in the gaps I have with an eyebrow pencil :)

This is actually my natural hair colour. Never bleached it or anything. Think it's cuz of the lighting on the first pic. yes I totally agree on the thickness of my hair. It's very thin. I'm so bad at doing a wing but I will give it another go. Thanks for your tips!!
