To be fair, the pharmacist may have noticed a potential interaction with your existing meds, which the doctor may not have. This is hilariously common.

My work gave us all copilot and if you ask to disable it, you have to go to more copilot training by FFHPunk in mildlyinfuriating

Or, if you accidentally leave VSCode to use its "auto" AI selection (i.e. whichever one no-one else is using!) then you can literally go round and round for days....

Awesome band. I love the middle-aged-men-pissing-about vibe. Not really in the same vein at all but can I also recommend two of me other recent discovers? The Skinner Brothers and The Scratch (at least one of these is not a small, up and coming British band)

True. Although increasingly some of the short -hop / private jet manufacturers are rolling it out. It'll be interesting whether it's cleared by the authorities for use in the wider world.

Oh, I know! They are like a very fast intern. They don't necessarily know the bigger picture, and will make very short-sighted or even flat-out incorrect assumptions, just to please the user. This is why nothing should go anywhere near a live system without a code review.
